With the following new speakers our line-up is almost complete:

Jeroen Baardemans

Jeroen Baardemans is Expertise Lead Social Media at ING Netherlands. His team is responsible for the social strategy, online dialogue, campaigns and brand and reputation of ING on social media. Previously, Jeroen (36) had various roles in communication and as a result he has a broad experience in PR, mediarelations, reputation management, internal, external, strategic and corporate communications. Next to his job, Jeroen loves to be on stage as a host, moderator or presenter at small or big events. Jeroen is married with Jonne and together with their 4-year old twins (Casper and Ties) they live in Breda, where he is gradually building up a modest Scotch whiskey collection.

 

Olav Lijnbach

Olav is Measurement Lead Benelux at Facebook where his mission is to help every company understand true business value in this mobile, data-driven and fast pacing world. They do so by offering technical solutions, sharing experiences and challenging their partners. In line with this, is to help companies put consumers at the hearts of their marketing in the mobile era. They are at the edge of another transformation, where creating a seamless personal consumer experience including rich service and integrated communication, including 1 on 1, is key. His whole life has evolved around using and utilizing technologies and data; growing up in an IT entrepreneurial family where he learned to program at the age of 6, after studying psychology and economy his love for Marketing grew when he started working at a small start-up. After the start-up was acquired by GfK he started a new department where he worked closely with Google on new kinds of data collection and integration. Now continuing his mission to help companies at Facebook.

 

Mike Zhu

Mike Zhu leads the ecommerce and analytics functions within Ogilvy Shanghai office. In both of his roles, Mike focuses on integrating data & eCommerce into broader Ogilvy offerings, to help clients to build brand in the modern digital age. Mike provides expertise across multiple accounts. Mike’s expertise are in ecommerce and Analytics. In addition, he has in-depth knowledge of search, online video, online user experience and consumer insights. Mike is inspired to integrate science into art of marketing and aims to perfect the brand story with data. He has experience in a ranges of industries – automobile, consumer packing goods, skincare, sporting goods.

 

Thomas Koole

Thomas is an online marketer with a strong affection for social advertising. Always feels most comfortable working for brands he can personally relate to. Starting as an intern at MTV Networks and developed into the social field at the headquarters of Hyves. When social advertising started to gain grounds in online budgets he moved to the agency-side to help set up the social campaigns for all Unilever brands. Always seeking to combine personal interests and professional skills he took the shift to the political field and built the online strategy for the biggest progressive party in Dutch politics: D66. With the idea of converting audiences into voters by combining impact with relevancy he introduced innovative, digital techniques in political campaigning. Which turned out be an important factor in the big win of D66 in the national elections.
